Cancellation Policy – Guest FAQ

What do I need to pay when I book?

To secure your reservation, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This holds your dates and allows us to prepare for your stay.

Can I get a refund if my plans change?

​

Absolutely — we understand that life happens.

  • If you cancel at least 30 days before your arrival, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel between 29 to 8 days of arrival, you’ll receive a 50% refund.

  • If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, no refund is offered.

When is the full payment due?

​

The remaining balance is due 8 days before check‑in.  At that point, your reservation is fully confirmed.

​

What if I need to cancel at the last minute?

​

Cancellations made within 7 days of check‑in are non‑refundable, as it’s very difficult for us to rebook the home on such short notice.

If something unexpected comes up, please reach out — we’re always happy to talk through options.

What if I need to change my dates instead of canceling?

​

We’re happy to help with date changes whenever possible.

Just contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new plans based on availability.
